Echome is an integrated smart living ecosystem built to unify diverse connected devices (smart bulbs, AC climate controllers, digital locks, solar inverters, and sensors) into an ambient mobile interface. As Lead Product Designer, I formulated a spatial room-based UI that replaces fragmented third-party apps with a single, deeply responsive control hub.
Smart home apps often force users to dig through endless nested sub-menus just to dim a bedroom lamp or adjust the AC temperature. Our goal was creating instant, tactile controls that respond under 50ms, with contextual widgets that automatically adapt whether you are waking up, leaving the house, or winding down for the night.
